Alabama Short Stories, Volume 2 is the companion book to the Alabama Short Stories podcast. Volume 2 follows seasons 4-6 of the podcast of the same name. There are thirty stories about athletes and their fans, movie stars, and some whose lives became movies. There are beauty queens, devils, a Spider and the Beatles. I tell the story of builders, memorable moments, and extraordinary folks who helped make Alabama the state it is. The book is filled with photos to help illustrate the stories.

But let me be transparent: these are the same recordings from the podcast that you can listen to for free.
